Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe, Seal Island & Jukani Animals

After picking you up at a place of your choice between George and Still Bay we leave for the Railway Museum and Station in George where you board the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe and head for Mossel Bay. On the way, you cross The Gwaiing and Malgate Rivers and then begin the descent to the sea. The first seaside resort to be seen is Glentana with endless waves crashing onto beautiful beaches. You can also enjoy the views of Mossel Bay and the St. Blaize lighthouse in the distance. The train then passes through Great Brak with its historical station and on to Little Brak, passing through areas of coastal fynbos before reaching Hartenbos and the famous marshalling yards at Voorbaai. Your destination, Santos Beach is reached at around 12h15.

Here you are met by our driver after enjoying some of the displays in the Diaz Museum and taken to the harbour for a delicious lunch of your choice (own account). After lunch, you board the Romanza (weather permitting) for a fifty minute trip around Seal Island returning to the jetty where you board the luxury mini-bus to continue your trip in a homeward direction.

You stop off at Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary to witness a predator encounter and enjoy the reptile park. There is also a Curio and Refreshment Kiosk.

On completion of the tour you will be dropped off at a place of your choice between George and Still Bay.

R1,050.00 per person sharing based on 4 passengers travelling together.
